  • *We  calculate the delivery fees based on cities. Please ask for a quote for the cities or zip codes not listed below.

  • What kind of delivery service do you provide? 

    * We provide white glove delivery service.  Delivery crew unpacks and assembles living room furniture, such as sectionals, couches, chairs etc at your preferred space. Additional assembly fee applies for the items that come in flat packs such as bedroom suits, dining sets and occasional (coffee tables, sideboards, tv stands etc) sets. You can opt for curbside delivery as well.

  • Can you also remove my old furniture?
  • *Yes we do remove the old furniture for an additional fee which is the same with the delivery rates. Dumping includes moving the old furniture to the city dump.

  • I can not see the price.
  • *Please ask for the price quote through email or online chat at our website. You can also call Chesapeake Store at 757 819-6817 and Norfolk store at 757 500-4394 for price quotes.

  • Does the price include Tax and delivery?
  • *Prices we provide are before tax and delivery fees. For website purchases during check out 6% Virginia state tax and adjusted delivery fee will apply depending on the address.

  • Do you have payment options? / Do you offer a payment plan? Do you offer financing? Do you do finance?
  • *We offer two types of financing. 

    1. No credit needed financing/leasing option. On this option you will have 90 days same as cash period in which if the total is paid there will be no interest. You can also make 12 month payments but there will be interest.
    2. Credit check financing through Synchrony Bank. In this option you need to have 620-630 credit score or higher to get approved. While Synchrony financing requires a hard check on your credit, it gives 12 month no interest payments.

  • If it has no credit needed, why is it asking for my SSN? 
  • *While this is not a credit check they still make a background check without hitting your credit score. Mainly they are looking for your income and payment history to decide how much to loan you. That’s why they need social and other information. Unfortunately we don’t have any other financing options except layaway or cash/card payments that would not require a social

  • I will pay cash. What is the final price?
  • *We don't have any extra discount for cash payments. Active and ex-Military, and first responders receive 3% off on purchases over $1000.

  • What does the set include?
  • * Prices on the web page are for the titled item only. Ottomans, rugs, decorative pieces, mattresses, box springs or additional chairs are sold separately.

  • Do you have color options?
    • While some collections come in a few different color options, most collections are manufactured with a single color. If you let us know what colors, styles, sizes you are looking for and we can search for the best possible options. For items with multiple colors, available color options are shown under the same SKU number or the collection name. 
  • How can I see the in stock item?
  • * Items that are in stock are shown as ‘In Stock’ on our website and you can even filter these items. We are able to deliver In Stock items in 2-3 days.

  • How long does it take to get If I order?
  • * Lead time varies based on manufacturer and item. If you can send us the items you are interested in we will be able to get an ETA for you.

  • Do you offer a military discount?
  • *We offer a 3% military discount for purchases over $1000.

  • Do you have layaways?
  • *We do free layaway for up to 3 months. Only down required to set up your layaway is 20% of the item. If the item you want to put on layaway is $1000, you only put $200 and pay the rest in 3 months.

  • Do you match prices?
  • *We will price match direct stores (non-wholesale retailers with physical stores and online presence) as long as the product is identical to that sold in our store. We don’t match online prices.

  • Can I just buy the sofa, not the whole set?
  • *Most of the set pieces can be sold separately. Exclusions apply. 

  • Can you provide more pictures?
  • *If you contact the store you can get actual pictures of the item if it's in stock. We can also provide pictures of all the items that are available for immediate delivery or pick up.

  • What are the dimensions?
  • *Dimensions are listed in the item description at our website.

  • Is this real leather?
  • *Real leather collections are made from the Top Grain Real leather and are the best in the industry. Having said that we carry both real leather and Faux leather sets. 

  • What is the warranty on this item?
  • *All merchandise comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. We also provide Protection Plans that are beyond manufacturer's warranty and it will cover all the incidents and accidents that might happen for the next 5 years of the purchase.  

  • Are the back cushions removable?.
  • * Depending on the collection some back cushions are attached and some are detached. Let us know about the item you are interested in and we can able to tell which one it is.

  • Are the cushions reversible?
  • * Some of the collections have double sided or flip seat cushions. Let us know about the item you are interested in and we can able to tell if the cushions are reversible or not.

  • Do you have this sectional in reverse configuration?
  • * Most of the sectionals are available in the reverse configuration. Reversible configuration needs to be ordered if not in stock.

  • What does  “Backorder” mean? 
  • *When an item is in back order it means it’s not in stock and available for immediate delivery. However the same item will arrive in the following weeks. We carry many similar furniture pieces and when an item you like is on backorder and you need it immediately we are able to find other readily available alternatives.

  • What does discontinued mean?
  • * A discontinued item is no longer manufactured by the factory and once the stock is all sold out we cannot get the same item again.

  • Can I pick it up ?
  • *Yes you can pick up the item on the same day if it's in stock.

  • I have a 3000 limit just got a couch I have like 900 left I can use. Can I use the remaining balance ?
  • *Most of the time if the purchase is made within the 30 days you can add on items. But I will double check and let you know. Which company you got approved with and what’s the name on the invoice ?

  • Denied by all 5 and not sure why I make good money and a steady income. (I was denied, thought you/they didn’t check the credit.)

  • *I'm sorry none worked for you. To be honest we cannot see the denial reasons and these companies will send you an email or letter to explain your decision later.

    However from my experience some denial reasons are:

    -insufficient bank transaction history 

    - wrong address information 

    - wrong SSN information 

    - currently having an active account with a financing company 

    Again yours might be different from above but that’s my observation. Financing companies will explain the reason later

    • If it’s not credit check how do they approve? If it’s not based on credit how does it work? So what gets you approved if not credit? 

    Actually let me explain in more detail. It’s no credit required meaning they don’t decide approval based on credit score. It’s based on income mostly and other databases they use 

    However they do a soft pull as well. That won’t hit your credit like a credit application but they will pull your score. 

    In the end the decision is made by an algorithm gathering information on all different databases that they can find information about an applicant.

    • Are you a Rent To Own (RTO) store?

    While we offer no credit required financing like Rent To Own stores, we are a locally owned family business and you can make a purchase with cash, card, no-credit-required financing and conventional financing at our store. Our prices are way lower than RTO’s and our quality is unmatched with RTO’s.

    • I have a Chime Bank account and could not get approved. Why?

    Unfortunately our financing partners do not accept Chime Bank during applications . If you have any other banks then Chime you can try those. If not only other payment method we offer is our flexible layaway program. 

    • Do you offer in house financing?

    While we do not offer in house financing, we offer better and versatile leasing and financing options. We are working with no required credit required financing/leasing companies. They offer “no interest” period for 90 days and 12 to 24 months with interest.

    • What are the warranty conditions ?

    Furniture pieces usually have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Some mattresses have 5, 10 or 20 years limited warranty. Then manufacturers provide limited warranty which only covers parts and you will have to pay for labor, shipping etc.

    Besides this we have a 5 year protection plan that will cover all incidents and accidents that might happen to the furniture. This has an additional cost to it.
